Berlin: day 2

Our second day in the capital of Germany started with a huge breakfast in the hotel that, we discovered, was quite expensive considered that it was mostly international and we both use to eat only sweet things in the morning following the italian tradition.

Il nostro secondo giorno nella capitale della Germania è iniziato con una sostanziosa colazione in hotel, che abbiamo scoperto essere piuttosto costosa considerato che era per lo più internazionale e entrambe noi preferiamo il dolce la mattina come è da tradizione nel nostro paese.

Berlin: day 1

Here I am, fresh from my after-graduation holidays, I still can’t believe all that happened to me, soon you will discover everything and I hope also that my story will work as a guide for you if you’ll decide to do a trip like mine or maybe just a part of it. But if you remember I’ve also had a small before-graduation holiday to find the strenght for the upcoming months. I will start this journey from here. You will see a day by day of this trip, my graduation, and the holiday after it. So are you ready to jump in?

My before-graduation holiday was in May in Berlin with my best friend Veronica. I’ve been there before, when I was 18, but since she’s never been and we needed some time together after I moved to Strasbourg we decided from one day to another to book a flight and then go. It all started with a lunch in Malpensa waiting for our flight. The flight from Milan to Berlin was a Titan airways one, probably the most unconfortable I’ve ever had, at least it was faster than expected.

Eccomi, fresca di ritorno dal mio viaggio di laurea, ancora non posso credere a tutto quello che mi è successo, presto sentirete tutta la mia storia e spero che possa funzionare per voi come una guida per voi se vorrete fare un viaggio come il mio o anche solo parte di esso. Se ricordate, però, ho fatto anche un viaggetto pre-laurea per trovare le forze per lo sprint finale degli ultimi mesi. Inizierò questo viaggio da qui. Vedrete giorno per giorno questo viaggio, per poi passare alla mia laurea e infine al viaggio che ne è seguito. Pronti a partire?

Il mio viaggio pre-laurea è stato lo scorso maggio a Berlino con la mia migliore amica Veronica. Io ci ero già stata, a 18 anni, ma siccome lei non l’aveva mai vista e avevamo bisogno di un po’ di tempo insieme dopo che mi sono trasferita a Strasburgo abbiamo prenotato il volo da un giorno all’altro. E’ tutto cominciato con un pranzo a Malpensa in attesa del nostro volo. La compagnia del volo da Milano a Berlino era la Titan airways, probabilmente la più scomoda che abbia mai usato, quantomeno è stato più veloce del previsto.
